Please note that we may change our ranges and our colour finishes so coordinating items may not always be available at a later date. Piccolo Pte Ltd cannot accept liability for any failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue or provided with the products. Your statutory rights are, if anything, considerably improved on by everything on this page.
We provide 12 months manufacturer’s warranty for the following products:
- Beds or Cots Bed
- Nightstands
- Chest of Drawers
- Wardrobes
- Desks
This guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents, pest infestations or items bought from AS-IS.
This guarantee does not apply if products has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment.
This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damages.

If there is a fault, we will touch up or repair or supply replacement parts, if the fault that cannot be corrected by supplying a replacement part and repairing, then we will arrange to have the goods collected and replaced in full as soon as possible.
If it’s our fault the collection is free. Otherwise there is a nominal S$50 charge for collection.
