Return of Mutuelle Médicale Outstanding Senior Volunteer Awards

Awards ceremony in Columbus will honor seniors who give back to their communities

CLEVELAND, April 29, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Medical Mutual is delighted to announce that its Outstanding Senior Volunteer Awards are back in 2022 and applications will open soon. An awards ceremony will celebrate these extraordinary seniors in Columbus in the fall.

For over 30 years, the Outstanding Senior Volunteer Awards have recognized the community contributions and volunteer work of our seniors. The awards are an opportunity to recognize, honor and celebrate active and engaged seniors in our communities. This recognition is more important this year as we celebrate those who have continued to put others before themselves even during the difficult times of the pandemic.

“The seniors in our community are a passionate and dedicated group,” said Christine Taylor, Director of Community Affairs for Medical Mutual. “They generously use their time and talents to make our community a better place. The awards not only allow us to thank them for their selfless efforts, they allow these seniors to share what excites them about their volunteer work and spread that enthusiasm.

Applications for applicants age 60 and older from the Columbus metro area will be accepted on line From May 1 to June 17.

Recipients and their guests will be invited to a free ceremony on October 6, where we will honor and celebrate these remarkable seniors.
