Create a warm and inviting landscape of light with this highly versatile, modular lighting system designed by Pablo Pardo. The Totem Up Down Pendant (2023) combines a pair of round, mouth-blown opal glass shades of varying sizes into a sculptural pendant that can be hung individually or in combination. The top shade incorporates an LED up light, while the bottom shade has an LED down light, for soft, even, dimmable illumination in both directions. Place the Totem Pendants above a dining table, kitchen island, in an entry, or above a console for an eye-catching display of simple yet stunning light forms. Energy-efficient 18W LED bulbs produce 1800 lumens (1400 down; 400 up). 50,000-hour lifespan. Made in China.

Pablo Pardo
Venezuelan-born Pablo Pardo comes from a family of designers, and his work is deceptively simple, often made from no more than a couple of materials, beautifully crafted and devoid of superfluous details. Once in use, however, his lamps take on a new character that is more experiential than simply visual. It is the experience rather than the look of an object that Pardo seeks in his designs.
