With the mesmerizing effect of molten glass or a melting glacier, the organically shaped Melt Portable Table Lamp, designed by Tom Dixon (2023), brings his distinctive aesthetic to a portable, cordless lamp you can use anywhere. This innovative, chameleonic lamp when illuminated is translucent, offering diffused light, and when off, has a reflective mirrored surface. Equipped with a long-lasting LED bulb, the USB-rechargeable lamp delivers 8–10 hours of light per charge and is touch-dimmable. Can be used indoors or outdoors in fair weather but should be stored inside. 5V, 2.5W LED bulb (included). Made in China.

Tom Dixon
Born in Tunisia and raised in England, Tom Dixon’s reputation frequently precedes him. His mystique as a bad boy – Dixon dropped out of art school following a motorcycle accident and spent time in his 20s playing bass with a rock band and organizing warehouse parties – is nearly as recognized as his unmistakable gift for design and emergence as one of England’s most influential designers.
